Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No – you can refer as many people as you’d like.

Is there a minimum order value?

Your friends order must be over £100 for them to redeem your referral code at checkout. Your rewards balance for can be used on any order over £100.

What if my friend already has an account with Click2Pharmacy?

Your referral code can only be used by new customers.

You are only eligible for a £20 reward if your friend or family member does not have an existing account with Click2Pharmacy. If we find duplicate customer accounts have been created using this scheme, their order will be cancelled and you will not receive your reward.

When will I receive my reward?

Your £20 reward will be credited to your rewards balance after your friend’s first qualifying order is marked as complete.

How long do I have to use my reward?

Each £20 reward for successfully referring a friend or family member will be valid for 12 months after it’s issued.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Requirements

A minimum spend of £100 is required for referral codes and reward coupons to be redeemed.
Referrals must be new to Click2Pharmacy – this means they cannot be existing or past customers and multiple accounts will result in order cancellation.
Referred customers must be approved for treatment before their orders are dispatched. If they are not approved, their order will be refunded and your referral reward will not be issued.

Rewards & Usage

Referral codes and reward coupons cannot be combined with other discounts and offers.
Discounts apply to product costs only and exclude shipping fees.
Your reward coupons will expire 12 months after the successful referral.
You will receive one reward coupon for each new customer you refer.

Important Notes

Rewards will be voided if the referred customer’s order is cancelled or rejected.
We may withdraw or refuse access to this scheme at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time.
