Returns & Refunds Policy

14 day return window

If you change your mind about the items you have ordered, you are entitled to return the item(s) to us within 14 working days for a full refund.

To start the return and refund process, please send us a message on our contact us page, or alternatively call us on 0161 628 7821.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for the following, unless they are delivered damaged or faulty:

  • Unsealed items which came with a protective seal.
  • An item which has been used in any way.
  • Medicinal products or services which have been dispensed on a prescription.

Returning your item(s) to us

Once you have notified or spoken to our customer serve team about returning your items, please post them to:

Unfortunately we do not offer a free-post return service and can’t cover your costs of returning the items to us. You are liable for ensuring the items arrive back to us undamaged, so we recommend you pack the items well and use a recorded delivery service.

How long will my refund take?

Once we have received your items and confirmed that they are undamaged and unused, we will process a refund. This will usually be the next working day after receiving your items, but it may take up-to 7 working days.

Please note that if your original order qualified for free standard delivery and your returns brings your order value below the threshold for free delivery at the time of placing your order, we will deduct our standard delivery charge from the refund you receive.

Please note that if your order value exceeds £60 and you request a refund for any non-clinical reason, a £10 refund charge will apply.This amount will be deducted from your refund amount. This covers the cost of any third party fees and administration costs.
