Private Walk In Clinic FAQs

At our private walk-in centre, most patients do not have to wait for long at all. Patients are often seen within 15 minutes and treated straight away. The average wait time at other walk-in centres can be up to 4 hours.

We also offer an appointment system that helps keep your waiting time to a minimum. If you would like to book an appointment, call us on 0161 628 7821.

We can treat anybody from the age of 12 years and above. If you are unsure if we can treat you or your family member, give us a call and we will do our best. If you find we can’t treat you, we recommend finding your closest NHS walk-in centre.

We do not offer X-rays or immediate blood tests. While blood tests through our blood test clinic can be arranged, it takes a week for the results.

Our walk-in clinic service is not suitable for pregnant patients, babies or mental health conditions.

If you are experiencing serious symptoms such as chest pains, breathing difficulties, stroke symptoms, COVID-19 symptoms, loss of blood or injuries, please visit your nearest A&E.

This can only be done with the patient’s consent but we highly recommend this to be done so your medical records are kept up to date.

A private walk in consultation will cost on average £20. This includes your prescription treatment on most occasions.

If appropriate, treatment can be started or prescribed immediately and dispensed by Click2Pharmacy.

You can also order prescription medication through our online clinic.

We offer private treatment for a variety of medical conditions. Our online clinic can treat acne, ED, cystitis, hair loss, period delay, emergency contraception, bacterial vaginosis, thrush, asthma, weight loss, dental issues such as gum disease and facial hair removal.

After refusal of doctors appointment same old same old ring back etc.
I was invited at 5.25 to see doctor I drove over immediately.
Everything fully explained and checked over I was leaving by 6pm with penicillin for strep throat. Had I followed my doctors receptionist I would probably have suffered longer and increased the chances of a worse infection.I
