About Us
Click2Pharmacy is a UK-based independent pharmacy owned by Patels Chemists Ltd, providing affordable, high-quality prescription treatments and medicines to customers in Oldham and across the UK. Whether you need a one-time treatment or a repeat prescription, our qualified pharmacists are trained to assess and dispense prescriptions right to your doorstep. We are registered with the GPHC and the NHS to provide these services.
Along with over-the-counter and prescription medication, personal care items and cosmetics, we also offer an online pharmacy and confidential online consultations for a variety of conditions, ranging from acne and erectile dysfunction to emergency contraception and weight loss.
Our Story
Click2Pharmacy was established in Oldham, UK in 2009 by pharmacists Sakib Mohammed and Amjad Khan. After graduating from University of Bradford and Liverpool John Moores University respectively, equipped with years of experience as qualified pharmacists, they set out to find a way to increase patient access to reliable and regulated sources of healthcare online.
In 2009, that dream was realised with Click2Pharmacy. Today, Sakib Mohammed and Amjad Khan are registered Independent Pharmacist Prescribers at Click2Pharmacy. Qualified as a pharmacist since 2005 and as a prescriber since 2015, Sakib specialises in working in out of hours walk-in centres, GP practices, travel clinics and as of more recently, giving Covid-19 related medical advice to local patients.
Sakib & Amjad are also assisted by Dr Hussain Ahmad, a consultant practitioner who provides support and advice to patients struggling with a wide range of health issues.

If you feel the issue you wish to complain about can be resolved with us, please contact us and ask to speak to the pharmacist.
Alternatively, we also operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system of dealing with complaints. Our procedure meets national criteria and our pharmacist can give you further information.
