Anyone registered with a GP in England can use Click2Pharmacy for their NHS prescriptions. We support both repeat prescriptions and one-off prescriptions, as well as payment exemptions and NHS Prepayment Certificates (PPCs). If you’re not sure whether your GP surgery is set up for the Electronic Prescription Service, get in touch and we’ll check for you.

If you hold an NHS Prescription Prepayment Certificate (PPC), add your details to your account, and we’ll apply it automatically to every order. A PPC covers all your NHS prescriptions for a set period, regardless of how many items you need – if you take three or more prescription items in three months, it’s usually worth getting one.
For repeat prescriptions, yes – you still need to request each item from your GP surgery as usual. We’ll send you reminders when it’s time to do that, so you don’t have to keep track yourself. Once your GP issues the prescription electronically, we’ll take it from there.
Yes. You can manage NHS repeat prescriptions for multiple family members from a single Click2Pharmacy account, including children and adults. Each person will need to be nominated separately, but you can handle everything in one place.
We recommend requesting your repeat prescription from your GP at least 7 to 10 days before you need it. GP surgeries typically take 2 to 3 working days to process a repeat prescription request, and we then need time to dispense and deliver it. Our reminder system is set up to prompt you at the right time, so you don’t have to work it out yourself.
Yes. You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time through the NHS app, by contacting your GP surgery, or by nominating a different pharmacy. Yes. You can request delivery to a home address, a work address, or any other address that suits you. Just update your delivery preferences in your account before your next order is dispatched.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email or text once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow it from our pharmacy to your door.
Your prescription is sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery. If no one is in, Royal Mail will attempt a redelivery. To avoid any delays, we recommend setting up a safe place on your Royal Mail account so your parcel can be left securely if you’re out. If a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to us and we’ll be in touch to arrange a replacement dispatch.
