The order was everything you would have expected from a conscientious and competitive business, but let down by the delivery. Royal Mail gave me a 4 hour window in the morning and 20 minutes before it expired gave me another 4 hour window for later in the day. It was delivered on the day though. For reference another delivery the following day from a different company gave me a 1 hour window and delivered within 5 minutes of it starting.
I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I needed something the other day for my baby and they really did go above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They really do things with their heart and help as much as they can. Thank you so much to staff at Click 2 💕
I hadn’t used Click2Pharmacy before and I was a bit apprehensive because you can’t always be sure what the service and quality of the products is going to be like, in this case it was excellent. I needed a prescription for higher fluoride toothpaste and was able to buy a few quantities in one go at a cheaper/reasonable price. When I’ve tried other pharmacies the lesser known brand tends to be available and I was after Duraphat by Colgate, this was readily available. The delivery was speedy and I’m now fully stocked up. Will happily use Click2 again. Thanks!!

The best of a few pharmaceutical companies I’ve used over the last year or so. I really think they’re very good at what they do- they reply to emails promptly and the reorder and delivery side is very well run. I’ve been ‘on the last minute’ with reorders and I’ve always had meds in plenty of time. Also, when it was really hot they didn’t deliver over a weekend in case the order was left an extra day with the delivery company. They gave plenty of notice that this was their intention- just little details like this that are very much appreciated
Click2 pharmacy website was very thorough with their questions prior to my prescription being approved and the Acyclovir tablets I received for my cold sore outbreaks have changed my life. They are a game changer for anyone suffering from cold sores. Also once approved the prescription arrived within a couple of days
I was provided with very good advice by a pharmacist by the name of Sakib. He was very thorough with his questions and his communication was clear and prompt. The only slight criticism is that I made an upfront payment for a prescription that I thought I would receive. This was after completing an initial questionnaire on my symptoms. However, Sakib rightfully determined this was not the correct course of treatment and I was provided with a full refund.
Extremely impressed with the service provided by Click2Pharmarcy. They made it clear on their website they don't offer next-day delivery (even though they do try) because it can't be guaranteed due to stock, approval times, dispatch times etc and that’s understandable. However, I received my order next-day. Order placed 7am, approved 1pm, dispatched 6pm and received 9am the next day. Crazy turnaround. I was desperate for my order and grateful to the team to getting it to me so fast. And the price was very very reasonable. Thank you.
As it now appears impossible to connect with my doctors, texts that tell me of phone calls that NEVER materialise and in their eyes they are NEVER WRONG same with my elderly friends, we are still of sound mind. My issue cold sores as a child have re emerged in me creams do nothing. Apart from which as a lifelong taxpayer it should be free.
The Well Man Blood Test was well worth the money. I found that I am low on one or two vitamins. It only took a day for the results which came in the form of a letter. Very good and I shall have further tests with this pharmacy in the future.

The website was easy to use. Communication and updates were good and I received the medication I urgently needed when GP surgeries and pharmacies were closed. It took 3 days which considering I made the request at the weekend was excellent. Glad they use Royal Mail as their courier. Postage cost reasonable. The only thing I struggled with was having to take a photo of infected finger - tricky when you live alone. I didn’t think it showed the extent to the infection but Click2Pharmacy did accept the photo evidence thank goodness.

Anyone registered with a GP in England can use Click2Pharmacy for their NHS prescriptions. We support both repeat prescriptions and one-off prescriptions, as well as payment exemptions and NHS Prepayment Certificates (PPCs). Just let us know when you register. We’ll record your exemption so you’re never asked to pay for prescriptions you’re entitled to receive free of charge.
If you hold an NHS Prescription Prepayment Certificate (PPC), add your details to your account, and we’ll apply it automatically to every order. A PPC covers all your NHS prescriptions for a set period, regardless of how many items you need – if you need more than 3 prescription items in 3 months, or more than 11 in a year, it’s usually worth getting one.
For repeat prescriptions, yes – you still need to request each item from your GP surgery as usual. We’ll send you reminders when it’s time to do that, so you don’t have to keep track yourself. Once your GP issues the prescription electronically, we’ll take it from there.
Yes. You can manage NHS repeat prescriptions for multiple family members from a single Click2Pharmacy account, including children and adults. Each person will need to be nominated separately, but you can handle everything in one place.
We recommend requesting your repeat prescription from your GP at least 7 to 10 days before you need it. GP surgeries typically take 2 to 3 working days to process a repeat prescription request, and we then need time to dispense and deliver it. Our reminder system is set up to prompt you at the right time, so you don’t have to work it out yourself.
Yes. You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time through the NHS app, by contacting your GP surgery, or by nominating a different pharmacy. There’s no obligation to stay with us, though we’d be sorry to see you go.
Once we receive your prescription electronically from your GP, we aim to dispense and dispatch it within one working day. Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 3 working days, though this can vary depending on your location and whether your item needs to be specially ordered.

Yes. You can request delivery to a home address, a work address, or any other address that suits you. Just update your delivery preferences in your account before your next order is dispatched.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email or text once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow it from our pharmacy to your door.
Your prescription is sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery. If no one is in, Royal Mail will attempt a redelivery. To avoid any delays, we recommend setting up a safe place on your Royal Mail account so your parcel can be left securely if you’re out. If a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to us and we’ll be in touch to arrange a replacement dispatch.
