Dr Hussain Ahmad

Dr Hussain Ahmad is an experienced hospital doctor with over a decade of clinical practice across Europe and, more recently, within the North of England. Working primarily in A&E departments across the North West, he has managed a broad spectrum of acute presentations and provided frontline care to patients admitted during the COVID pandemic. As a consultant practitioner, he has supported patients with a wide range of health concerns, including hypertension, diabetes, nutritional deficiencies, sleep-related issues, mental health conditions, and various chronic illnesses.

He completed his medical degree (MUDr) at Universita Palackeho between 2005 and 2011 and is registered with the GMC (reference number: 7176414).

Sakib Mohammed

Sakib Mohammed is the Superintendent Pharmacist and an Advanced Pharmacist Prescriber at Click2Pharmacy. He graduated from the University of Bradford in 2005 and later completed his prescribing qualification at the University of Manchester in 2015. Sakib is a specialist in weight management and minor illnesses, with over five years of clinical experience working within GP practices. His approach is centred on delivering safe, effective, and personalised patient care. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys padel, badminton, the gym, boxing, and travelling.

Amjad Khan

Amjad Khan is an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist with over 16 years of experience in community pharmacy. He completed his Master’s degree at John Moores University in Liverpool and has since developed strong clinical expertise in minor illness management, weight loss care, smoking cessation, asthma services, cryotherapy, and travel vaccinations. He has also trained in urgent care settings alongside Advanced Practitioners and GPs, gaining valuable experience in assessing and managing common day-to-day conditions. Outside of work, Amjad enjoys football, padel, and staying active.

Tahira Lubna Khan

Tahira Lubna Khan is a highly experienced Community Pharmacist with over 25 years of practice, having qualified in 1997. She has worked across both community pharmacy and GP surgery settings, building extensive clinical expertise and a strong reputation for patient-centred care. She is an Independent Prescriber and is currently working towards her Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) qualification. Tahira is also a fully qualified aesthetic practitioner.

Throughout her career, she has delivered a wide range of pharmacy medication services and provided various private clinical services, including ear-wax removal, contraception care, menopause support, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and a range of aesthetic treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers. Her commitment to high-quality, safe, and personalised care makes her a trusted and respected clinician.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, and playing badminton.

Usman Afzal

Usman is an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner and Independent Prescriber with over 7 years of practice in primary care. Since qualifying as a prescriber in 2018, he has worked within GP surgery settings across Greater Manchester, delivering high-quality, patient-centred clinical care.

He specialises in minor illness management and provides comprehensive assessments and prescribing within same-day and long-term condition clinics. Usman also works as a Senior Pharmacist, contributing to service development, QOF achievement, clinical audit, and improving patient pathways within primary care.

Alongside his clinical responsibilities, he supports university education and training, helping develop the next generation of healthcare professionals and promoting advanced practice within pharmacy.

Usman is continuing to build on his expertise as a Digital Badge–accredited Advanced Clinical Practitioner and remains dedicated to delivering safe, accessible, and high-quality care to the local community. His professional approach and collaborative working style have earned him the trust of both patients and colleagues.

Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys travelling, playing badminton, and spending quality time with his young family.

Mohammed Umran Parvez

Mohammed Umran Parvez is an experienced Community Pharmacist with over 20 years of practice, having qualified from the University of Manchester in 2003. Throughout his career, he has delivered a wide range of essential community pharmacy services, including health checks, vaccinations, dossette box management, medicines optimisation, minor ailment support, and weight-loss services. His extensive clinical background and patient-centred approach make him a highly trusted member of the Click2Pharmacy team. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, cycling, and travelling.

Sarah Khan

Sarah Khan is an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist who qualified from the University of Bradford in 2008. She went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice, including her Independent Prescribing qualification, at the University of Keele in 2021. Sarah brings a broad range of experience across community pharmacy, hospital settings, and GP practice, giving her a strong clinical foundation and a well-rounded perspective on patient care. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys socialising with loved ones and travelling.

Guri Choudhury

Guri Choudhury graduated from the University of Bradford and began his pharmacy career in community practice, where he managed his own team. As the pharmacy profession has evolved, he has continued to develop his skills, taking on roles such as Medicine Optimisation Pharmacist and PCN Pharmacist. He qualified as an independent prescriber at the University of Bolton. Currently, he works as a Senior GP Pharmacist in the South and is pursuing further studies at the University of Cumbria to become an Advanced Clinical Practitioner. With his extensive clinical knowledge and experience, he is also a valued part-time member of Click2Pharmacy.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing padel, photography, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.

Rakib Huda

Rakib Huda is an MPharm-qualified pharmacist who studied at the University of Bradford, qualifying in 2018. He has worked across community, hospital, and industry sectors, and has spent the past four years as a pharmacy manager. Rakibul is currently studying at the University of Salford to become an Independent Prescriber and has a particular interest in herbal supplements. He is Click2Pharmacy’s in-store Community Pharmacist. Outside of work, he enjoys padel and MMA.
