• Penile bleeding, presence of blood in semen, dry nose, swelling of the inside of the nose
• Feeling irritable, sudden decrease or loss of hearing

Sildenafil Warnings

Sildenafil should not be used in the following situations:

• Not recommended for those with severe heart or liver problems, recent stroke or heart attack, or low blood pressure.
• Avoid if you have certain rare inherited eye diseases like retinitis pigmentosa or if you’ve had vision loss from non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).
• Consult your GP or pharmacist before taking if you have sickle cell anaemia, leukaemia, multiple myeloma, a penis deformity, or Peyronie’s Disease.
• If you have a heart condition, ensure your heart can handle the additional strain of sexual activity.
• Caution is advised if you have a stomach ulcer or bleeding problems like haemophilia.
• Not for use with other treatments for erectile dysfunction or PAH drugs containing sildenafil or other PDE5 inhibitors.
• Not suitable if you don’t have erectile dysfunction, for women, or individuals under 18.
• Discuss with your GP if you have kidney or liver problems, as a lower dose may be required.
