How to take Alli Weight Loss Tablets  

• Dosage: Take one capsule up to three times a day. To maximise effectiveness, take a capsule just before, during, or up to an hour after each main meal—typically at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ensure these meals are balanced, with reduced calories and lower fat content.
• Missed Meals: If you skip a meal or eat a meal that does not contain any fat, don’t take the Alli capsule for that meal. Alli requires some dietary fat to be effective and will not work with fat-free meals.
• Administration: Always swallow the capsules whole with water. Do not crush or chew them.
• Maximum Daily Intake: Do not exceed three capsules within 24 hours.
