How to use Chloramphenicol Eye Drops

• Wash your hands thoroughly before using the eye drops.
• Tilt your head back and pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
• Hold the dropper above the eye and squeeze one drop into the pocket.
• Close your eye and press gently on the inner corner for about one minute.
• Repeat for the other eye if necessary.
• Replace the cap on the bottle and wash your hands again.

Chloramphenicol Eye Drops are typically used every 2 to 4 hours for the first 48 hours, then every 4 hours thereafter. The duration of treatment usually lasts for 5 to 7 days, but it is important to follow your doctor’s instructions.
