Azyter Eye Drops is a prescription-only treatment used for bacterial conjunctivitis (eye infection) in adults, adolescents, and children. It contains azithromycin 15 mg/g, an antibiotic that helps eliminate the bacteria responsible for the infection.
Azyter works by stopping the growth of bacteria in the eye, reducing redness, discharge, irritation, and discomfort. It is supplied in single-dose containers and is used twice daily for three days.

Azyter Eye Drops are used to treat bacterial conjunctivitis, an eye infection that causes redness, irritation, sticky discharge, and discomfort. It works by killing the bacteria responsible for the infection, helping symptoms resolve quickly.
Azyter is suitable for adults, adolescents, and children who have been diagnosed with bacterial conjunctivitis.
Do not use Azyter if you:
Azyter can be used during breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, speak to a doctor before using this medicine.
If symptoms do not improve within a few days, contact a doctor for further advice.
Like all medicines, Azyter can cause side effects, although not everyone will experience them. Most are mild and short-lasting.
Seek urgent medical advice if you experience worsening redness, severe eye pain, or persistent vision changes.
Active ingredient: Azithromycin dihydrate (15 mg/g).
Other ingredients: Medium-chain triglycerides.
