Do not use if you:

• Have an allergy to any of the ingredients.
• Have a blockage, narrowing, or obstruction in your digestive tract or bowel.
• Suffer from weak or inactive bowel muscles.
• Have appendicitis or symptoms suggesting it.
• Have an inflammatory bowel condition such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis.
• Are experiencing severe dehydration.
• Have ongoing abdominal pain, nausea, or digestive issues with an unknown cause.
• Suffer from impacted stool (faecal impaction) or unexplained rectal bleeding.
• Have you noticed an unexplained change in your bowel habits lasting longer than two weeks.
• Are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
• Have a diagnosed heart condition.
• Suffer from kidney disease or kidney failure.
• Are under 18 years old, unless advised by a healthcare professional

How to Take Senokot Max Strength Tablets

Take 1 tablet at bedtime with a glass of water up to two to three times per week.

Start with the lowest dose and gradually increase this up to the maximum dose as needed to get a comfortable bowel motion. Once you are having regular bowel movements, gradually reduce taking the tablets and eventually stop taking them.

Do not use it for more than a week without speaking to your doctor or pharmacist.

• Active Ingredient: Powdered Alexandrian Senna Fruit (Pods) and Tinnevelly Senna Fruit (Pods), equivalent to 15mg Hydroxyahthracene Glycosides, calculated as Sennoside B.
• Inactive Ingredients: Calcium phosphate, maise starch, magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate.

• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• Do not store the tablets above 30°C and keep them in their original packaging.
• Do not use this medication after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
• Laxatives, including Senokot Max Strength Tablets, do not help with weight loss.
