Morningside Fluoride 2800 toothpaste is used to prevent dental caries, with up to a 76% reduction compared to normal toothpastes. It contains 2800ppm of sodium fluoride, which is around double the amount found in regular toothpaste. Sodium fluoride helps to restore tooth enamel in the early stages of tooth decay which can prevent trips to the dentist for more serious gum or teeth related issues.

This is a generic version of Colgate Duraphat 2800 toothpaste. If you are looking for a higher fluoride toothpaste, you might find Morningside Fluoride 5000 ppm Toothpaste more suitable for your needs.

High fluoride toothpaste should be used daily in place of your usual toothpaste. Morningside Fluoride 2800 Toothpaste is suitable for adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over.

Morningside Fluoride 2800 ppm Toothpaste is for prevention of dental caries especially if you are more prone due to smoking, drinking and eating lots of sugary snacks. This high fluoride toothpaste can help to prevent and reverse the early stages of tooth decay.

How to use Morningside Fluoride 2800 Toothpaste

• Apply a 2cm ribbon of Fluoride toothpaste onto your toothbrush (this provides between 3mg and 5mg of fluoride).
• Brush your teeth vertically, starting at the gum and working to the tip of the tooth.
• Take your time to brush each tooth individually.
• Aim to spend three minutes brushing your teeth.
• Brush your teeth up to three times per day, ideally after every meal.
• Do not swallow excess toothpaste.
