How to Use the Ventolin Accuhaler 200mcg

1. Remove the cap and shake the Inhaler.
2. Breathe out fully.
3. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your lips around it.
4. Breathe in slowly and deeply through your mouth, and at the same time, press down on the top of the Inhaler to release a puff.
5. Hold your breath for about 10 seconds, then breathe out slowly.
6. If a second puff is needed, wait about 30 seconds and repeat the steps.
