Kwells Tablets contain hyoscine hydrobromide and are used to prevent and treat motion sickness symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. They are an effective option for adults and children over 10 years old who experience travel sickness during journeys by car, plane, or boat.
The active ingredient, hyoscine hydrobromide, works by blocking the nerve signals from the inner ear to the brain that cause motion sickness symptoms. This helps reduce nausea and vomiting and makes travelling more comfortable.
Kwells Tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 10 years and older. They should be used according to the instructions and under the advice of a healthcare professional if you have any underlying medical conditions or are taking other medications.
Take one tablet about 30 to 60 minutes before travelling. If needed, repeat the dose every 6 to 8 hours, but do not take more than three tablets in 24 hours. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water and not chewed.
