Note: You can place orders on our website 24/7. Below are the deadlines and opening hours for your order to be processed and delivered over the festive period.

Last Date to Order for Delivery by Christmas: 18th December

Our pharmacy & support team are available as normal throughout the festive period except on:

• 25th December: Closed (Christmas Day)
• 26th December: Closed (Boxing Day)
• 1st January: Closed (New Year’s Day)

On these dates, you can still place orders, but they will not be processed and our support team will not be available. Orders placed on closed days will be processed on the next working day.

Royal Mail Deliveries Over Christmas & New Year

Royal Mail does not deliver on some days during the festive period. Due to seasonal pressures, we can not guarantee Royal Mail time frames.

During these non-delivery days:

• You can still place orders
• Click2Pharmacy can process and prepare orders
• No parcels will be dispatched until Royal Mail resumes delivery services
• As soon as Royal Mail restarts deliveries, all processed orders will be sent out
