Alka-Seltzer Original are effervescent aspirin tablets with added antacid ingredients. They provide quick relief from headache with upset stomach, indigestion, and acid-related discomfort, while also easing pain such as migraine, toothache, period pain, and fever.

It relieves headache with upset stomach/indigestion, mild to moderate pain, fever, and cold & flu symptoms, and helps with rheumatic/muscular aches.
Dissolve 2 tablets in ~100 ml water every 4 hours if needed, up to 8 tablets in 24 hours, for no more than 3 days.
Avoid combining with other NSAIDs (like ibuprofen/naproxen) — risk of stomach irritation/bleeding increases. Ask a pharmacist about alternatives (e.g., paracetamol) if extra pain relief is needed.
Do not use if you are pregnant, breast-feeding or trying for a baby unless your doctor tells you to.
