Dermol Wash is an antimicrobial emollient skin cleanser designed to gently clean and protect dry, irritated, or eczema-prone skin. It contains benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine dihydrochloride, which help reduce bacteria on the skin while moisturising and soothing dryness.
Dermol Wash is used as a soap substitute for regular washing and bathing. It helps relieve symptoms of eczema, dermatitis, and other dry skin conditions while preventing further irritation caused by ordinary soaps and cleansers.
Dermol Wash is suitable for adults, children, and infants allows gentle everyday cleansing without drying the skin.
