Doublebase Emollient Wash Gel is a soap-free, fragrance-free cleansing gel designed for dry, sensitive, or problem skin. It gently cleanses while helping to soften, moisturise, and protect the skin. Suitable for all ages, including babies, it can be used for conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, occupational hand dermatitis, ichthyosis, and elderly pruritus. Doublebase Wash Gel contains isopropyl myristate 15% w/w and liquid paraffin 15% w/w as active emollients to restore the skin’s protective barrier and prevent dryness caused by conventional soaps.

It is used as a “soap substitute” for cleansing dry or sensitive skin. The gel moisturises while washing, reduces irritation, and prevents flare-ups of conditions like eczema and psoriasis. It helps maintain the skin’s protective barrier without the drying effects of normal soaps.
Suitable for all ages including babies. Avoid if allergic to isopropyl myristate, liquid paraffin, or other listed ingredients. Use caution to prevent slipping in the bath or shower due to the gel’s greasy nature.
For maximum benefit, use every time you wash, including routine hand washing.
