Lyclear Treatment Shampoo is an insecticide-free head lice treatment formulated with Osmolone®, a hypertonic complex designed to help eliminate head lice and their eggs. It works physically by dehydrating lice, rather than using traditional chemical insecticides.

This treatment shampoo is applied to dry hair and left on for 15 minutes before rinsing. It is suitable for adults and children over 6 months of age and comes in a 200ml bottle.

What Is Lyclear Treatment Shampoo Used For?

Lyclear Treatment Shampoo is used to treat head lice infestations. The Osmolone® complex works by dehydrating lice and helping to eliminate eggs when used correctly with combing.

Who Is Lyclear Treatment Shampoo Suitable For?

Suitable for adults and children over 6 months of age.

Do not use if:

• You are allergic to any of the listed ingredients
• The child is under 6 months old

Speak to a healthcare professional before use if:

• The scalp is severely irritated or damaged
• You are unsure whether live lice are present

How to Use Lyclear Treatment Shampoo

1. Apply to dry hair, ensuring full coverage of scalp and hair.
2. Massage thoroughly, especially behind the ears and at the nape of the neck.
3. Leave on for 15 minutes.
4. Add water to create a lather.
5. Rinse thoroughly.
6. Use a fine-toothed lice comb to remove lice and eggs.

Repeat treatment after 7 days if live lice are still visible.

Possible Side Effects

Like all products, side effects can occur, although not everyone experiences them.

Possible effects include:

• Mild scalp irritation
• Redness or itching
• Temporary burning sensation

Stop use if severe irritation or allergic reaction occurs.

Warnings and Precautions

• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mouth.
• If product enters the eyes, rinse immediately with water.
• Do not swallow.
• Only treat confirmed cases of live head lice.

Storage Instructions

• Store below 25°C.
• Keep out of sight and reach of children.
