Unguentum M Cream is a moisturising emollient cream designed to soften and smooth dry, cracked, and irritated skin. It helps restore the skin’s natural oils, prevents moisture loss, and relieves itching caused by eczema, dermatitis, or other dry skin conditions. Unguentum M can also protect raw or grazed skin and can be used in place of soap to prevent skin dryness.

What Is Unguentum M Cream Used For?

Unguentum M Cream is used to treat dry, itchy, and damaged skin caused by eczema, dermatitis, nappy rash, or ichthyosis. It protects and soothes the skin, helping restore moisture and prevent further irritation.

Who Is Unguentum M Cream Suitable For?

Unguentum M Cream is suitable for adults, children, and infants.

Do not use Unguentum M if you:

• Are allergic to any ingredients such as sorbic acid, cetostearyl alcohol, or propylene glycol
• Apply near the eyes or on mucous membranes

Use with caution and consult a healthcare professional if you:

• Have very sore or broken skin
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding

Ingredients

White soft paraffin, liquid paraffin, cetostearyl alcohol, sorbic acid (E200), propylene glycol (E1520), butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT, E321)

How to Use Unguentum M Cream

1. Wash and dry hands before use.
2. Apply a small amount of cream to the affected area 2–3 times daily or as often as needed.
3. Gently rub in until absorbed. For very sore skin, a short tingling sensation may occur.
4. Can be applied after contact with irritants (water, detergents, etc.) as a protective layer.
5. If using instead of soap, apply to wet skin, then rinse off and pat dry.

Rare side effects:

• Skin irritation, burning sensation, redness
• Allergic contact dermatitis (rash, itching)

Warnings and Precautions

• Do not swallow the cream.
• Keep away from eyes.
