Do not use the test strips if you:

• Are trying to diagnose diabetes (they are for monitoring only, not for diagnosis)
• Use a blood glucose meter other than the compatible WaveSense Jazz family

How to Use AgaMatrix WaveSense Jazz Duo Strips

1. Wash and thoroughly dry hands before testing.
2. Insert one test strip into your compatible WaveSense Jazz or Jazz Wireless meter with the contact bars facing up.
3. When “FILL” appears on the meter, apply a fresh drop of blood to the test strip’s blood application area.
4. The strip will change colour when enough blood has been applied, and the meter will beep.
5. Wait approx. 5 seconds for your glucose result to appear.

Storage and Handling

• Store the test strips in their original vial at room temperature (typically 8°C – 30°C).
• Tightly recap the vial after use to maintain strip integrity.
• Do not use beyond the expiration date or more than the recommended time after opening.
