They help prevent middle and outer ear infections (such as swimmer’s ear) and surfer’s ear (exostosis) while utilizing special acoustic filters that allow ambient sound and conversation to remain clearly audible.

Alpine WaterSafe Ear Plugs are suitable for adults and teenagers who participate in water sports, swim regularly, or need protection against water in the ears during bathing.

Do not use Alpine WaterSafe Ear Plugs if:

• You have a perforated eardrum or an active, open ear infection (unless advised by a doctor)
• You have severe ear pain or discharge before insertion

Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you:

• Have recent ear surgery or grommets fitted
• Experience persistent ear canal irritation or structural ear canal abnormalities

How to Use Alpine WaterSafe Ear Plugs

1. Choose the tip size (Medium or Large) that best matches the size of your ear canal.
2. Attach the soft, flexible fixation wing onto the plug body to ensure a secure anchor inside the outer ear.
3. Reach over your head with your opposite hand and pull the top of your ear slightly upward and backward to straighten the ear canal.
4. Gently insert the earplug until it seals comfortably and rests securely in place.
5. After use, clean the earplugs thoroughly with mild soap and warm water, allow them to dry, and store them in the protective carrying case.

Do not push the earplugs too deeply into the ear canal.
