Beechams All in One Cold and Flu Tablets are a multi-symptom cold and flu treatment designed to provide short-term relief from common cold, flu, and chills with chesty coughs. Each tablet contains a combination of paracetamol, guaifenesin, and phenylephrine hydrochloride to target pain, fever, congestion, and mucus build-up in one convenient tablet.
Paracetamol helps relieve headaches, sore throat, aches, pains, and reduces fever. Guaifenesin works as an expectorant to loosen phlegm and ease a chesty, productive cough. Phenylephrine hydrochloride acts as a decongestant to relieve blocked nose and painful sinuses, helping you breathe more comfortably.
Beechams All in One Cold and Flu Tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over and are available in the following pack options:

Beechams All in One Tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.
Do not take this medicine if you:
