How to Use Compeed Blister Plasters

1. Ensure the affected blistered area is clean, completely dry, and free from any oils, creams, or moisturisers to ensure maximum adhesion.
2. Remove the top and bottom protective papers from the Compeed plaster, taking care not to touch the sticky adhesive side.
3. Apply the plaster firmly and directly over the center of the blister.
4. Smooth down the edges of the plaster securely against the skin to create a waterproof and dirt-proof seal.
5. Leave the plaster in place until it begins to naturally loosen and come away from the skin (this can take several days).
6. To remove, do not pull the plaster upwards. Instead, slowly stretch it flat along the skin to release the adhesive painlessly.

Note: Never burst a blister on purpose, as this can lead to painful infections. Allow it to heal naturally under the protective plaster.
