How to Apply Compeed Extreme Blister Plasters

1. Clean and dry the skin around the blister, ensuring it is free of creams or oils.
2. Warm the plaster between your hands for one minute to improve initial adhesion.
3. Remove the patterned Compeed paper, then remove the large white backing paper.
4. Apply the plaster directly over the blister and smooth the edges down firmly.
5. Leave the plaster in place until it starts to peel away at the edges (this may take several days).

Note: Never pop a blister intentionally. If it does pop, clean it with mild soapy water and apply the plaster to keep the area sterile.
