About Compeed High Heel Blister Plasters

Compeed High Heel Blister Plasters feature advanced hydrocolloid active gel technology, specifically engineered to meet the needs of high-heel wearers. The unique “honeycomb” design provides 20% more cushioning than standard blister plasters, offering immediate relief from the intense pressure and friction caused by stylish footwear. By acting like a second skin, these plasters support the natural moisture balance of the wound, which facilitates faster healing and prevents the formation of painful scabs.

Compeed High Heel Blister Plasters are discreet, waterproof, and designed to stay firmly in place for several days, ensuring uninterrupted protection and recovery.

What Are Compeed High Heel Blister Plasters Used For?

These plasters are specifically designed to treat and protect blisters located on the back of the heel. They are ideal for high-heel shoes where targeted cushioning is required to stop rubbing. The hydrocolloid particles absorb moisture from the blister, creating a gel-like environment that speeds up the healing process while providing a barrier against dirt and bacteria.

Who Are Compeed High Heel Blister Plasters Suitable For?

Compeed is suitable for most individuals looking for fast blister recovery.

Do not use Compeed High Heel Blister Plasters if:

  • You have an allergy to the adhesive or any components
  • The wound is already infected (look for pus or extreme redness)

Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you:

  • Have diabetes or poor circulation (foot issues can be more serious)
  • Are treating a very deep or heavily bleeding wound

How to Use Compeed High Heel Blister Plasters

  1. Ensure the skin is clean and completely dry. The area must be free of creams, oils, or lotions to ensure the plaster sticks properly.
  2. Remove the patterned paper first, then the remaining white paper, avoiding the adhesive side.
  3. Apply the plaster firmly over the blister, ensuring the edges are smoothed down flat against the skin.
  4. Leave the plaster in place until it starts to lift at the edges naturally.
  5. To remove: Do not pull the plaster upwards. Instead, slowly stretch it along the skin’s surface.

Possible Side Effects of Compeed Plasters

Compeed is generally very well tolerated. However, rare occurrences may include:

  • Skin irritation or redness at the application site
  • Allergic reaction to the adhesive

If you notice signs of infection—such as increased pain, swelling, or the presence of pus—remove the plaster and consult a pharmacist or GP.

Warnings and Precautions

  • Do not intentionally pop or burst the blister before application.
  • Do not cut the plasters; the tapered edges are essential for keeping the plaster in place.
  • For external use only.
  • If the plaster detaches prematurely, replace it with a fresh one after cleaning the area.

Storage Instructions

  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
  • Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack.

Important Information

  • Designed specifically for the shape of high heels.
  • Waterproof and sweat-proof for long-lasting wear.
  • Stays on for several days to allow the skin to regenerate.
