Ingredients

Herbal Extracts (54%): Carrot root, Nettle leaf, Spinach leaf, Couch grass root, Fennel fruit, Kelp thallus, Roselle flower.
Fruit Juice Concentrates (29.4%): Pear, Grape, Blackcurrant juice, Blackberry, Cherry, Orange, Red beet, Carob extract, Lemon, Apple.
Other ingredients: Aqueous yeast extract, honey, aqueous rosehip soft extract, wheat germ extract, natural flavours.

How to Use Floradix Liquid Iron

1. Shake the bottle well before each use.
2. Use the provided measuring cap to pour the correct dose.
3. Take the liquid approximately 30 minutes before food or 2 hours after a meal for maximum absorption.
4. Keep the dose in the mouth for a moment before swallowing to help absorption.
5. Avoid taking with tea, coffee, or dairy, as these can block iron uptake.

Once opened, the bottle must be stored upright in the refrigerator and consumed within 4 weeks.
