Who Are Formoline L112 Weight Loss Tablets Suitable For?

Formoline L112 is suitable for adults aged 18 years and over with a BMI greater than 25 who wish to lose weight or maintain their target weight.

Do not use Formoline L112 Tablets if you:

• Are allergic to crustacean shellfish or any listed ingredients
• Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) under 18.5 (underweight)
• Are pregnant or breast-feeding

Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you:

• Have serious gastrointestinal conditions (such as inflammatory bowel disease or Crohn’s disease)
• Have had recent surgery on your digestive system
• Are over 80 years old
• Are taking long-term prescription medications

How to Use Formoline L112 Weight Loss Tablets

1. Take 2 tablets twice daily for weight loss, or 1 tablet twice daily for weight maintenance.
2. Swallow the tablets whole with plenty of low-calorie liquid (at least 250 ml).
3. Take towards the end of the two meals that contain the highest fat content.
4. Drink at least 2 litres of fluids throughout the day to support normal bowel function.

If taking fat-soluble medications (such as oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy) or fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), leave an interval of at least 4 hours between taking them and Formoline L112.
