About Numark Cushioned Plasters

Numark Cushioned Plasters are designed to provide superior protection for minor wounds such as cuts, scrapes, and grazes. Featuring a thick, soft cushioned layer, these plasters absorb impact and reduce friction, making them ideal for wounds on joints or areas prone to rubbing. The breathable, water-repellent fabric helps maintain a clean healing environment while preventing dirt and bacteria from entering the wound.

These plasters are latex-free, making them suitable for those with sensitive skin or latex allergies. Each pack contains 20 assorted plasters to ensure you have the right size for any minor injury, providing a secure and comfortable fit that stays in place throughout the day.

What Are Numark Cushioned Plasters Used For?

Numark Cushioned Plasters are used to shield minor skin injuries from external pressure and contamination. The extra-thick padding is specifically beneficial for “high-traffic” areas of the body, such as hands, knees, or elbows, providing a soft barrier that prevents the wound from being knocked or aggravated during daily activities.

Who Are Numark Cushioned Plasters Suitable For?

These plasters are suitable for the whole family, including children and those with sensitive skin.

Do not use Numark Cushioned Plasters if you:

  • Have a known allergy to the adhesive (acrylic based)
  • Have a wound that is heavily bleeding or showing signs of infection

Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you:

  • Have a deep or puncture wound
  • Have a wound that fails to heal or looks red and inflamed
  • Are diabetic (foot wounds should be monitored by a professional)

How to Apply Numark Cushioned Plasters

  1. Wash your hands before touching the wound.
  2. Gently clean the wound with water or an antiseptic wipe and pat dry.
  3. Remove the plaster from its individual wrapper.
  4. Apply the plaster centrally over the wound so the non-stick pad covers the injury.
  5. Smooth down the adhesive edges firmly against the skin to ensure it is secure.

Replace the plaster at least once a day or immediately if the pad becomes soaked or dirty.

Warnings and Precautions

  • For external use only.
  • Do not use after the expiry date.
  • If the wound continues to bleed or becomes swollen and painful, seek medical advice.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep out of the reach of children.
