About Numark Diarrhoea Relief Instants

Numark Diarrhoea Relief Instants contain loperamide hydrochloride 2mg, an anti-diarrhoeal medicine that helps slow down bowel movements. This makes stools more solid and less frequent, providing effective relief from sudden diarrhoea.

These fast-dissolving orodispersible tablets melt on the tongue and can be swallowed with saliva, making them convenient to take without water. They are used to treat sudden short-term (acute) diarrhoea in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over. Adults aged 18 years and over with doctor-diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) can also use them to relieve short-term diarrhoea associated with IBS.

Numark Diarrhoea Relief Instants relieve symptoms but do not replace fluid and electrolyte replacement therapy.
