What Is Quviviq Used For?

Who Is Quviviq Suitable For?

Quviviq is suitable for adults aged 18 and over.

Do not use Quviviq if you:

• Are allergic to daridorexant or any other ingredients
• Have narcolepsy

Consult your doctor before use if you:

• Have liver problems, breathing difficulties, or are over 65 with a history of falls
• Have depression or psychiatric disorders
• Take other medications affecting the brain or liver

How to Take Quviviq

1. Take one tablet by mouth within 30 minutes before bedtime.
2. Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush.
3. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals before taking.

Possible Side Effects of Quviviq

Common:

• Headache, fatigue, dizziness
• Sleepiness the next morning

Uncommon:

• Sleep paralysis or vivid dreams
• Daytime drowsiness or impaired alertness

Rare:

• Hallucinations, allergic reactions
