The best of a few pharmaceutical companies I’ve used over the last year or so. I really think they’re very good at what they do- they reply to emails promptly and the reorder and delivery side is very well run. I’ve been ‘on the last minute’ with reorders and I’ve always had meds in plenty of time. Also, when it was really hot they didn’t deliver over a weekend in case the order was left an extra day with the delivery company. They gave plenty of notice that this was their intention- just little details like this that are very much appreciated
Click2 pharmacy website was very thorough with their questions prior to my prescription being approved and the Acyclovir tablets I received for my cold sore outbreaks have changed my life. They are a game changer for anyone suffering from cold sores. Also once approved the prescription arrived within a couple of days
I was provided with very good advice by a pharmacist by the name of Sakib. He was very thorough with his questions and his communication was clear and prompt. The only slight criticism is that I made an upfront payment for a prescription that I thought I would receive. This was after completing an initial questionnaire on my symptoms. However, Sakib rightfully determined this was not the correct course of treatment and I was provided with a full refund.
Extremely impressed with the service provided by Click2Pharmarcy. They made it clear on their website they don't offer next-day delivery (even though they do try) because it can't be guaranteed due to stock, approval times, dispatch times etc and that’s understandable. However, I received my order next-day. Order placed 7am, approved 1pm, dispatched 6pm and received 9am the next day. Crazy turnaround. I was desperate for my order and grateful to the team to getting it to me so fast. And the price was very very reasonable. Thank you.
As it now appears impossible to connect with my doctors, texts that tell me of phone calls that NEVER materialise and in their eyes they are NEVER WRONG same with my elderly friends, we are still of sound mind. My issue cold sores as a child have re emerged in me creams do nothing. Apart from which as a lifelong taxpayer it should be free.
The Well Man Blood Test was well worth the money. I found that I am low on one or two vitamins. It only took a day for the results which came in the form of a letter. Very good and I shall have further tests with this pharmacy in the future.

The website was easy to use. Communication and updates were good and I received the medication I urgently needed when GP surgeries and pharmacies were closed. It took 3 days which considering I made the request at the weekend was excellent. Glad they use Royal Mail as their courier. Postage cost reasonable. The only thing I struggled with was having to take a photo of infected finger - tricky when you live alone. I didn’t think it showed the extent to the infection but Click2Pharmacy did accept the photo evidence thank goodness.
Great service. Spoke to a pharmacy consultant very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. My doctors prescribe a 2 month course for my condition which usually takes 3/4 months to clear my skin problem. Doctors do not seem to follow things up. Company consults your doctor and I have extra tablets within 2 days. Worth paying for the product here less stress .
A very fast effective way to order holiday medication and a lot cheaper than high street prices. They also review the order to make sure you have requested the correct medication. The tablets had a long shelf life too. I was a little worried as I had not used an online service before but I will most definitely use them again without hesitation.
I give 100% to this company, once I received my ear spray my long term Otitis actually got better after one day !!! I couldn’t get to my surgery after suffering very bad with my ear for a couple months and this company sent me the spray within a couple weeks!!! I recommend them to everyone and thank them very much , I now am at peace again.

Once your order is approved by our prescribers, we dispatch it by Royal Mail tracked delivery (24 or 48 hour).
