Almus Paracetamol Oral Suspension contains paracetamol 120mg per 5ml dose. It is a sugar-free liquid medication specifically formulated to provide effective relief from pain and to help reduce high temperatures (fever) in babies and young children. This suspension is gentle on small stomachs and is commonly used to treat discomfort associated with teething, post-vaccination fever, and common childhood illnesses. Almus Paracetamol is suitable for children aged 3 months to 6 years (and babies from 2 months in specific circumstances) and is available in a convenient 200ml size:

Almus Paracetamol is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce pyrexia (fever). It is highly effective for managing symptoms of teething, toothache, earache, headache, and the general aches and pains associated with colds and influenza. It is also used to lower a high temperature following childhood vaccinations.
This product is suitable for children aged 3 months to 6 years. It may be used for infants aged 2–3 months (weighing over 4kg and not premature) for post-vaccination fever or under professional advice. Do not give Almus Paracetamol if your child:
