Benylin Day & Night Tablets are a dual-action cold and flu treatment designed to provide symptom relief both during the day and at night. The pack contains two different tablets taken at specific times to help manage pain, fever, nasal congestion, and night-time discomfort caused by cold and flu.

The white day tablets contain paracetamol and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride to relieve pain, reduce fever, and unblock a blocked nose without causing drowsiness. The blue night tablets contain paracetamol and diphenhydramine hydrochloride, which helps relieve symptoms while aiding restful sleep.

Benylin Day & Night Tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over and are available in a single pack size:

What Are Benylin Day & Night Tablets Used For?

Benylin Day & Night Tablets are used to relieve cold and flu symptoms, including headache, sore throat, fever, body aches, nasal congestion, and catarrh. The day tablets help you stay active during the day, while the night tablets relieve symptoms and help you rest.

Who Are Benylin Day & Night Tablets Suitable For?

Benylin Day & Night Tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

Do not take this medicine if you:

• Have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma, or severe kidney disease
• Have an overactive thyroid or phaeochromocytoma
• Are allergic to paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, diphenhydramine, or any other ingredient
• Are taking MAOIs, beta-blockers, or other medicines containing paracetamol or diphenhydramine

Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use if you:

• Have liver or kidney problems or alcohol dependence
• Have asthma, bronchitis, or a persistent cough
• Have prostate enlargement or difficulty passing urine
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding

How to Take Benylin Day & Night Tablets

1. Swallow tablets whole with a glass of water.
2. Take only the white tablets during the day.
3. Take only one blue tablet at night.
4. Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

Do not take more than 3 day tablets in 24 hours. If symptoms persist or worsen, stop use and seek medical advice.
