Colgate Duraphat 2800ppm Toothpaste is used for prevention of dental caries especially if you are more prone due to smoking, drinking and eating lots of sugary snacks. It is a high fluoride toothpaste that can help to prevent and reverse the early stages of tooth decay. It is suitable for adults and adolescents aged 16 years+.

How to use Colgate Duraphat 2800 Toothpaste

You should check with your dentist or pharmacist if you are not sure. Brush carefully, on a daily basis, three times daily, following each meal:

Brush your teeth carefully up to three times per day (ideally following each meal).
Apply a 2cm ribbon of toothpaste onto the toothbrush for each brushing. This provides between 3mg and 5mg of fluoride.
Brush your teeth vertically, from the gum to the tip of the teeth.
Take time to brush each tooth individually.
It should take approximately three minutes to brush your teeth.
Spit out excess toothpaste. Do not swallow.

Keep out of the SIGHT and REACH of children.
