Covonia Original Bronchial Balsam Syrup is a fast-acting remedy for chesty coughs caused by colds, flu, or bronchitis. It works by soothing the throat and suppressing the cough reflex to provide relief from persistent, dry, and tickly coughs. Covonia contains dextromethorphan hydrobromide 7.5mg per 5ml, a proven cough suppressant, and menthol 2.5mg per 5ml to help relieve throat irritation and provide a cooling sensation.
