Nalvee 10 mg Tablets contain dydrogesterone 10 mg, a progestogen that is very similar to the natural hormone progesterone produced in the body. Nalvee 10 mg Tablets are used to compensate for natural progesterone deficiencies. They are prescribed to relieve painful periods, manage symptoms of endometriosis and premenstrual syndrome (PMS), treat menstrual irregularities, re-start stopped periods (amenorrhoea), and control heavy or long periods. Additionally, they are used alongside estrogen in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to alleviate menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes and night sweats while protecting the womb lining.

Who Are Nalvee 10 mg Tablets Suitable For?

Nalvee is suitable for adult women.

Do not take Nalvee 10 mg Tablets if you:

• Are allergic to dydrogesterone or any other ingredients in the tablets
• Have or have ever been diagnosed with a meningioma (a benign tumour of the tissue layer between the brain and the skull)
• Have unexplained vaginal bleeding
• Suffer from severe liver diseases or liver tumours
• Have a history of blood clots (thrombosis) or phlebitis

Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you:

• Have high blood pressure, depression, or a history of stroke
• Have liver or kidney problems
• Suffer from porphyria (a rare blood disorder)
• Are taking other medicines such as anti-epileptic drugs, certain anti-infectives, or herbal remedies like St. John’s Wort

1. Take the tablets orally, swallowing them whole with water.
