Numark Night Cold & Flu Oral Solution is a sugar-free, mint-flavoured liquid medicine formulated to provide night-time relief from cold and flu symptoms such as headache, aches and pains, sore throat, shivers, tickly cough, and a runny nose. It combines three proven active ingredients—paracetamol, promethazine, and dextromethorphan—to target pain, cough, and nasal symptoms while helping you rest. This easy-to-use 200 ml oral solution comes with a measuring cup for accurate dosing and is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

It is used to relieve night-time cold and flu symptoms, including headache, sore throat pain, aches and pains, shivers, tickly cough, and runny nose, helping you rest and recover more comfortably.
Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over. It should not be given to children under 12 years. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
Do not take with other paracetamol-containing products and do not use for more than 3 consecutive nights without medical advice.
Common side effects:
Less common: nausea, blurred vision, headache, difficulty urinating. Stop use and seek medical help for severe reactions.
