Do not give this medicine if your child:

• Has ever had an allergic reaction to ibuprofen, aspirin, or other NSAIDs
• Weighs less than 5 kg or is under 3 months old
• Has severe kidney, liver, or heart problems
• Has a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding
• Has hereditary fructose intolerance
