Nuromol Dual Action Pain Relief Tablets contain a combination of ibuprofen 200 mg and paracetamol 500 mg per tablet. This dual-action pain relief formula works in two different ways to help relieve pain and reduce fever when ibuprofen or paracetamol alone has not been effective.

Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps reduce inflammation, swelling, and pain, while paracetamol works centrally to relieve pain and lower temperature. Together, they provide enhanced short-term pain relief.

What Is Nuromol Dual Action Pain Relief Used For?

Nuromol Dual Action Pain Relief Tablets are used for the temporary relief of mild to moderate pain that has not been relieved by either ibuprofen or paracetamol when taken alone. This includes headache, migraine, backache, period pain, dental pain, muscular and rheumatic pain, sore throat, cold and flu symptoms, and fever.

Who Is Nuromol Dual Action Pain Relief Suitable For?

Nuromol is suitable for adults aged 18 years and over.

Do not take Nuromol Dual Action Pain Relief if you:

• Are under 18 years old
• Are allergic to ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin, or other NSAIDs
• Are taking other paracetamol-containing or NSAID medicines
• Have a history of stomach ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding
• Have severe heart, liver, or kidney failure
• Are in the last 3 months of pregnancy

Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you:

• Have asthma or breathing problems
• Have heart, kidney, liver, or bowel conditions
• Have high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol
• Are elderly
• Are in the first 6 months of pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Have an infection

How to Take Nuromol Dual Action Pain Relief Tablets

1. Take the tablets by mouth with water and food.
2. Start with 1 tablet up to three times daily.
3. If pain persists, increase to 2 tablets per dose if required.
4. Leave at least 6 hours between doses.

Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours.
Do not use for longer than 3 days.

Possible Side Effects of Nuromol Dual Action Pain Relief

Common side effects:

• Stomach pain or discomfort
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhoea

Uncommon:

• Dizziness or headache
