Regaine for Women (Extra Strength) contains minoxidil 5% w/w cutaneous foam, a clinically proven once‑daily topical treatment for female pattern hair loss. Regaine’s foam formula is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and is designed for direct scalp application.

What Is Regaine for Women Used For?

Regaine for Women is used to treat hereditary female pattern hair loss, helping to slow thinning and stimulate new hair growth on the scalp with continuous, daily application.

Who Is Regaine for Women Suitable For?

Regaine is suitable for adult women aged between 18 and 65 years.

Do not use if you:

• Are male or outside the 18–65 age range
• Are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
• Have sudden, patchy, or unexplained hair loss
• Have hair loss due to drugs, scalp conditions, infection, or sunburn
• Have a shaved scalp or a dressing/bandage on your scalp

This product should only be applied externally to a healthy, dry scalp.

How to Use Regaine for Women

1. Ensure hair and scalp are completely dry.
2. Part your hair to expose thinning areas.
3. Dispense 1 g (half a capful) of foam onto your fingers or a non‑porous surface.
4. Massage foam gently into affected areas of the scalp only.
5. Wash your hands thoroughly after application and avoid contact with eyes.

Use once daily; do not exceed the recommended dose.

Possible Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

• Scalp irritation, itching, redness, or dryness

Uncommon/rare reactions include:

• Dizziness or low blood pressure
• Rapid heartbeat, swelling of hands/feet, chest pain
• Unwanted hair growth outside the scalp (due to transfer)

Warnings and Precautions
