• Have damaged, broken, or irritated skin.
• Have bruising or swelling that occurred within the last 48 hours.
• Are using medicated lotions, creams, or ointments in the same area.

• Are pregnant.
• Have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, or rheumatoid arthritis.

How to Use ThermaCare HeatWraps

1. Tear open the pouch when you are ready to use the wrap (it activates upon exposure to air).
2. Peel away the paper backing to expose the adhesive side.
3. Place the wrap over the area of pain, ensuring the darker side of the heat cells is facing toward your skin.
4. Adjust the straps for a secure, comfortable fit. Ensure the heat cells are not folded or overlapping, as this increases the risk of burns.
5. Wear for up to 8 hours. Do not exceed 8 hours of use in any 24-hour period.

Note: If you are 55 or older, it is recommended to wear the wrap over a layer of clothing rather than directly against the skin. Do not wear while sleeping.

Safety Warnings

• Risk of Burns: This product can cause burns. Check your skin frequently for signs of irritation or blisters. If found, remove immediately.
• Do Not Reheat: Never attempt to heat in a microwave or any other method.
