Vardenafil tablets contain vardenafil (5mg, 10mg or 20mg), a medicine from a group known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. They are used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men, a condition where achieving or maintaining an erection is difficult.
Vardenafil works by improving blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping to produce and maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity. This medicine only works when you are sexually aroused and does not cause an erection without stimulation.
