How to Use Wisdom Chlorhexidine Mouthwash

1. Measure 10ml using the cap.
2. Rinse around the mouth for 1 minute.
3. Spit out after use.
4. Use twice daily, morning and evening.

Do not swallow. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after use.
Use for no longer than 4 weeks unless advised by a dental professional.
