Brevinor Contraceptive Pill is a combined oral contraceptive used to prevent pregnancy. It contains ethinylestradiol 35 micrograms and norethisterone 500 micrograms, two female sex hormones that work together to provide reliable hormonal contraception. Brevinor works by preventing ovulation (release of an egg), thickening cervical mucus to block sperm, and thinning the lining of the womb to make implantation less likely.
Brevinor Contraceptive Pill is suitable for women aged 18 years and over and is taken as a daily tablet for birth control.
