Who Are NiQuitin Minis Mint Suitable For?

NiQuitin Minis Mint are suitable for smokers aged 12 years and over.

Choose your strength:

• 2mg: For light to moderate smokers (20 cigarettes a day or fewer)
• 4mg: For heavy smokers (more than 20 cigarettes a day)

Do not use if:

• You are allergic to nicotine or any ingredients
• You are a non-smoker

Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have heart disease, stomach ulcers, liver or kidney problems
• Have diabetes or thyroid disorders

How to Use NiQuitin Minis Mint

1. Place one lozenge in your mouth.
2. Allow it to dissolve slowly (about 10 minutes).
3. Move it occasionally from one side of the mouth to the other.
4. Do not chew or swallow whole.
5. Use 8–12 lozenges daily, up to a maximum of 15 per day.
6. After 6 weeks, gradually reduce daily use.
7. Stop once you are down to 1–2 lozenges per day.

Possible Side Effects

Common:

• Mouth or throat irritation
• Indigestion
• Hiccups

Uncommon:

• Nausea
• Headache
