Do not use Sudafed Natural Relief if you:

• Have a known hypersensitivity to sodium chloride or any of the other ingredients

Important: One bottle should only be used by one person to avoid spreading infection.

How to Use Sudafed Natural Relief Blocked Nose Spray

First Use

1. Remove the protective cap.
2. Test spray into the air before first use and whenever you haven’t used it for a week or more.
3. Hold the bottle away from you and press down until you see a fine mist.
4. Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the protective cap.

For Infants and Babies (up to 2 years)

1. Lay your child down and turn their head to one side.
2. Insert the nozzle into the nostril and press the spray head once.
3. Remove the nozzle and return the bottle to a vertical position, then pump once to refill the pump mechanism.
4. Repeat in the other nostril.
5. Use one spray into each nostril as required.
6. Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the protective cap.

For Children (over 2 years) and Adults

1. Insert the nozzle into the nostril and keep the bottle vertical.
2. Spray deep into the nostril by pressing the spray head once. It’s recommended to breathe in through this nostril while holding the other closed.
3. Repeat in the other nostril.
4. Use one to two sprays into each nostril as required.
5. Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the protective cap.

Sudafed Natural Relief is a gentle saline solution and is generally well-tolerated. However, if you experience any unusual reactions or discomfort, stop using the spray and consult your pharmacist or doctor.
