About Ispaghula Husk Orange (30 Sachets)

Ispaghula Husk Orange sachets contain 3.5g of Ispaghula Husk, a natural plant-derived fibre used to treat constipation and maintain bowel regularity. As a bulk-forming laxative, it works by increasing the volume of the stool, which stimulates the natural movement of the intestines. It is an effective way to increase dietary fibre and is designed to work gently with your body without the discomfort of chemical stimulants.

This pack contains 30 individual sachets, providing a convenient 15-day supply for standard adult dosing.
