Who Are Seaband Ginger Capsules Suitable For?

Do not use Seaband Ginger Capsules if you:

• Have any obstruction or disease of the bile duct, or suffer from gallstones
• Have a peptic or duodenal ulcer

How to Use Seaband Ginger Capsules

1. Take 1 or 2 capsules approximately 30 minutes to one hour before you begin travelling.
2. Swallow the capsules whole with a large glass of water.
3. Ensure you are standing upright while swallowing the capsules.
4. Take further doses later in the journey if needed.
5. Do not take more than 8 capsules in a single 24-hour period.
