Do not use Zyban MR if you:

• Are allergic to bupropion or any tablet ingredients
• Have a history of seizures, epilepsy, or eating disorders
• Are taking other medicines containing bupropion
• Have severe liver problems
• Are undergoing abrupt withdrawal from alcohol or sedatives

How to Use Zyban MR Tablets

1. Take Zyban MR exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

3. From day 7, take one 150 mg tablet twice daily, with at least 8 hours between doses.
4. Swallow tablets whole — do not chew, crush, or break them.
